For those who aren’t a part of the research community yet, IITD R&I Park extends opportunities to take advantage of its facilities by booking them for events, conferences, workshops, etc
AUDITORIUM
Equipped with a top-notch audio system, a microphone system, the state-of-the-art digital control and audio and video conferencing facilities, the 110-seater auditorium can be configured to host everything from conferences to seminars.
CONFERENCE HALL
With seating capacity of 10 people, our Conference Halls can be configured for a host of events and are equipped with only the best-in-class AV technology like video conferencing facilities to ensure a glitch-free event experience for you.
BOARD ROOMS
With seating capacity of 35 people, private formal spaces customised to host a range of groups; our Board Rooms are equipped with video conferencing to provide you with an uninterrupted experience for one-on-one discussions.
MEETING ROOM
Whether you’re a small or large business, meeting room space and availability are often at a premium, and to host productive meetings, considerable resources are required. We offer our 5-seater meeting rooms to host such meetings hassle-free.
TRAINING ROOMS
With a seating capacity of 26 people our training room is specifically designed for the purposes of delivering information to groups of employees, and possibly also to facilitate learning or interactive activities.
MINI BOARD ROOM
With seating capacity of 14 people, private formal spaces customised to host a range of groups; our Board Rooms are equipped with video conferencing to provide you with an uninterrupted experience for one-on-one discussions.
SUITE ROOMS
We at Research & innovation Park have 16 fully air-conditioned suite rooms. All of them have well-furnished arrangements with furniture, wardrobe and luggage storage space, TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, cups etc. The bedroom has attached toilet/bath and the drawing room has a small pantry.
